I stay directly involved throughout the project, coordinating the work while also being personally involved in the construction where appropriate. The goal is straightforward: quality work, practical solutions and attention to the details that make the finished project work better.

GC FOR THE DAY
Not every construction project needs a full remodeling contract. GC for the Day is designed for smaller projects—or several projects around your property—that need experienced, hands-on attention.
$750 for up to 8 hours of labor
Potential projects can include trim and finish work, door installation and adjustments, cabinetry and built-ins, smaller carpentry projects, punch-list items, property improvements and other smaller construction projects.
Materials, permits, specialty equipment and licensed specialty trades are additional when required.
NOT SURE WHICH SERVICE FITS?
Every project is different. Some smaller projects may be a good fit for GC for the Day, while larger or more involved renovations may be better handled as a traditional project.

EC Building and Remodeling is involved in select real estate investment and development projects, including major renovations, infill development and ground-up construction.
Projects may be undertaken directly, through EC Investment Properties, or in partnership with investors when the opportunity and project make sense.
