TWISTED MAPLE
A HENDERSONVILLE HOME RENOVATION
This Hendersonville home renovation transformed an older bungalow from a dated property into a fully updated two-bedroom home, with extensive improvements inside and out.
Twisted Maple underwent a complete renovation inside and out. The project included extensive demolition and rebuilding, a new kitchen and bathroom, flooring, windows and doors, trim and finish work, interior and exterior paint, and improvements throughout the property.

KITCHEN RENOVATION
The kitchen was completely rebuilt as part of the renovation, including new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting and finishes.
Bathroom Renovation
The original bathroom was enlarged and completely rebuilt to create a more functional layout, with new fixtures, flooring, finishes, a tiled tub/shower surround and a new linen closet.
Living Area Transformation
The main living area was completely transformed by removing the old floor-to-ceiling chimney and opening the space to the kitchen. A custom raw-edge wood bar top was added at the new kitchen opening, along with new flooring, ceilings, trim, paint and finishes to create a brighter, more open and functional living space.
THE RENOVATION
Twisted Maple was stripped down to the framing throughout the entire house, with only portions of the original subfloor remaining. From there, the home was rebuilt from the structure in, including layout and structural changes, new insulation and drywall, new flooring, all new interior and exterior doors, select replacement windows, all-new electrical with an upgraded service, plumbing improvements, trim and finishes.
I personally completed the renovation work throughout the project, while using licensed specialty trades where required.
THE FINISHED HOME
The finished renovation transformed Twisted Maple into a completely updated two-bedroom home while keeping the character of the original property. The new layout created brighter, more functional living spaces with an open connection between the living room and kitchen, updated bedrooms and bath, and new finishes throughout.
